Exasperated by the poor results from a number of cult cleansers I decided to give this a go. Why didn't I try this product sooner? It has a slightly lighter texture than some other famous cleansers, a blob the size of a 10p piece gently massaged into the face feels soothing, cooling and also removes even bullet proof make up. It has the added bonus that you don't need to follow it with a toner due to the fact it balances the skin's pH. Within a week the spots were beginning to fade, my skin felt smooth and hydrated without looking greasy, and my friends commented on how much clearer my skin was looking. It is non-irritating and doesn't dry out the skin. It removes all make-up, including waterproof mascara. The secret is not in the amount you use, but in the gentle massaging which seems to break up the make-up. Leave for 1 or 2 mins, wipe off with a hot cloth then rinse with water. Amazingly, my face felt "balanced" instead of dry. I am 50 and entering menopause so my skin's a bit messed-up right now. Well, alpha-h are of great assistance here, thank you! I've previously used Liz Earle and Elemis, which I really like, but I'm afraid I had to purchase the Alpha-H 4-piece kit on repeat order! I recommended it to my friend and she's a convert too. I had a lot of redness on my cheeks and was using a significant amount of concealer to hide it. I developed acne as an adult and for years thought I would never have good skin again. But right from the first time I used balancing cleanser I noticed a difference.
